I was lucky to have selected Rina Kunk to sell my house in AU Park in 2011. She did an exceptional job. Her list-price recommendation was spot-on. Other agents I interviewed suggested a significantly lower list price and I believe that had I not hired Rina the final sale price would have been lower.
