Rise Johns

Rise’ Johns has been involved in the real estate business for over 30 years. She obtained her salesman’s license in 1980 and continually expands and enhances the services she offers. In 1984, Rise’ obtained her brokers license. Three years later, she was named “Salesman of the Year” by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. From 1992 to 1995, Rise’ managed the Keller Williams Realty Northwest Market Center, recruiting more than 100 agents and making it one of the most profitable offices in the franchise. Spreading her wings, she moved to Pennsylvania in 1995 as Regional Director to help expand the franchise to the eastern coast. In 2002, Rise’ returned to the Austin area and now resides in Lago Vista, Texas. Rise’ assists buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs and is considered an expert in 1031 tax exchanges. She is knowledgeable with the “ins and outs” of doing a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange and understands the basics of the exchange and the critical timelines involved. Ri
