I am a Realtor in Las Vegas, NV. I used my relocation department at Realty One Group to put my clients that are very dear to me in the extraordinary hands of Rise. Not only did she take charge and make my clients feel at ease but she made their home buying experience seamless and stress free. They had a small window of opportunity to purchase a home before they had to return to Las Vegas. She was prepared and hit the nail right on the head. Not only that but she was instrumental in helping me close on the sale of the same client's house here in Vegas. She facilitated the signing of documents every time I needed it. From our very first contact with Rise Wells, we cant tell you enough how fantastic she has been to work with! My husband and I live in Upstate NY and found a place online to look at for our future retirement home. When I contacted her via e-mail requesting further information on the property, she called me immediately and gave me extraordinary details of the property. I asked if she had more photos of rooms that were not posted online and she went above and beyond by taking time on a Saturday to video the entire house, room by room, including outside and the street view. Very soon after that we made arrangements to fly down to look at the property as well as others and in turn fell in love with this one. She is extremely professional and has exceptional knowledge. We were simply amazed with her and her wonderful team of people. From the day we signed a contract to the date of closing, the process moved like clockwork and all being done virtually by e-mail. We closed on our new retirement home and could not be more satisfied with the fantastic work of Rise Wells! Rise has been the best to my parents, in selling their home in Punta Garda FL Rise has kept in touch with my parents and myself through everything , when selling their home and helping us every step of the way she really puts herself out there ! Rise is very kind realtor and very sincere , you don't find that now a days, my parents are elderly and she did a lot for them living in in Illinois . Its hard when you live in another state but she handled things great!! couldn't have asked for a better realtor and company to sell my parents home. When I met Rise I never thought that I would have a friend for life! She is such an exceptional lady and will do whatever it takes to get you what you want in a home. I met this lady and the more I worked with her made she made me feel like a friend and did whatever it took to get the home I wanted. Even after I moved in, we became good friends and I have moved again but Rise will forever be a friend I will always cherish as she made me feel like I could trust her and after talking with her over months and years have established a friendship with her that I feel is timeless. her friends and family are lucky to have such a special lady in there circle.
