Rita Schlotman

There is a simple reason I am a lifelong resident of the Siouxland area. I love Sioux City! Becoming a real estate agent was a perfect decision for me. I love helping people and I love houses. I specialize in matchmaking people to their homes. And have fun while doing it! I have been in customer service and sales my entire life. Finding a house and navigating through the closing process comes naturally. Referrals from my clients and repeat customers is a clear indication that I listen to my client’s needs and negotiate in their best interest. I believe in continuing education. It helps me to be a better agent for you. I have been trained and inspired by some of the best, including Dale Carnegie, Fred Pryor, Floyd Wickman, and many more. In my free time? I love fishing, boating, and camping with my boys. I enjoy helping my husband with whatever construction project he has. I help our local animal shelters to give back. Tooling around town and seeing our local sights is a frequent must do. I enjoy life. So, turn up the music and dance!
