Rita is the most knowledgeable, caring, and hardworking realtor ever! My company assigned her to me and my wife as part of my relocation package and I never expected to meet someone so passionate about her work. I have worked with other realtors in the past but they don't come close to Rita. We started our journey to find a home in Texas back in November 2020 and its been one of the most crazy rides ever due to the low inventory and high competition. We have seen around 50 homes with Rita since then and made more than 20 offers before finally closing on a new built home May 2021. In this market its very easy to just focus on sellers and ignore the buyers with how much work is needed on the buyers side. Rita never let up, with homes going off the market in a couple days, she got us inside for a showing within 24 hours most of the time. Before we moved to texas she went the extra mile for us to video call us for multiple house showings a day. After the showings, she immideately got an offer ready on the houses we liked. Sometimes the time frames were so insane that she pulled off the road while traveling elsewhere to get us the offer ready to go in time. She was very patient with us throughout the whole time even though I had many questions as a first time buyer and was very demanding due to the market. I don't think Rita can be classified as a simple realtor. You know when in those crime tv shows the cops are trying to interrogate some guy and he tells them "I am not talking without my lawyer"? And then this hot shot best in class lawyer comes in and tells the cops to get out while explaining the law and his client is set free? She is the realtor equivalent to that. You will never have any seller, builder, lender, title company or other party make a fool of you with Rita on your side. She is an expert negotiator. She plays nice with them first but gets mean if needed. They don't want to face the wrath of Rita! Furthermore, when you visit a property with Rita, she isn't just standing around. She is looking at everything in detail and often can tell many defects just by being there, saving you time and money if you aren't wanting to fix things. Lastly, She has a network of amazing people attached to her. The lender she recommends (Kandy) is also super amazing. I was sad not to be able to use them because the builder offers too much money to use their preferred lender. The inspector Rita recommenda (Kevin Walsh) is also top notch. That guy will inspect every nook and crevice for you. Overall, I feel like I can write an essay about Rita's exceptional skills as a Realtor. If you want a best in class Realtor that works crazy hard for you while being genuine and caring, she is the go to person. Honestly her skills speak for themselves. I will definitely be using her again if I ever buy another home in Texas!
