Rob Cowger

Rob owns a home in Edmond that I was interested in. It went pending but was cancelled due to what he said was an “overly aggressive” inspector. We requested that report and he refused to provide it. Additionally, the pool leaks and he performed some “repairs”. We requested the info on free repairs and warranties, he refused. The pool company was there at a viewing, but the contractor refused to say which company he worked for. He was clearly doing some patch work and not performing actual repairs. The home made an insurance claim (on the roof) yet did not perform the work. All around, this guy is shady. He refuses to provide information on the problems of this home and is clearly trying to dupe someone into buying the home. Stay clear of this guy.
