Rob was exceptionally helpful and professional in helping me purchase my new home. He listened to my concerns and showed me places that fit my requirements. Thanks to his efforts, we had a successful closing and I am very happy with my new place. He continues to stay in touch, as I am now having an addition put on the new house.

If you are serious about buying or selling properties, you don't need to look any further for a competent, trustworthy, diligent and dedicated realtor. Rob exhibited wonderful negotiation and customer service skills. His polite demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile was a refreshing change from the other realtors I've used in the past when purchasing both primary and investment properties. His expert knowledge regarding home improvements and repairs are just added bonuses to his sales repetoire.

Rob is, hands down, the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with. He was very patient during our search and really listened to what we were looking for and what were deal breakers for us. When we found the one, he was super aggressive in moving forward with our offer so we wouldn't lose it. We saw the house on a Friday and by Monday, our offer was accepted and we started the loan process. Rob was even helpful with that by recommending a great lender for us to work with. We were pre-approved and ready to go immediately. We finally have our dream home and we could not be happier!!

I feel so blessed to have found Rob! I moved to the area recently from Washington, D.C., so I didn't know a lot of people in the area. In addition, this was my first house purchase, so I knew almost nothing about the process of buying a house. Rob made the process so simple for us, and he made it so fun! I don't know what we would have done without him. We didn't have a great idea of what we wanted when we started our search. Rob was amazing and found us a wide variety of house to view our first day out. Then he asked us detailed questions about what we liked and didn't like about each place. Rob was very attentive, and listened to everything we said that day. The next time we went looking at house, he had a whole list of places that perfectly captured all of our comments from the previous week.He found great places for us, always came prepared with the details of the home, and pointed out the good and bad parts of each house. We always knew what the risks and benefits were with every choice. When we finally had our choices narrowed down to our favorite, he taught us so much about the process. Our first house we loved, was a short sale. We didn't know much about this, but learned quickly how complicated it was. Rob told us all of the pieces involved, and let us make the decision. We decided to keep looking, even though Rob would have been happy to continue working the short sale if we wanted. We continued to look, and then found our dream house. We knew right away it was the place for us. So we decided to make an offer right away. We jumped to a fun spot across the street and made an offer over margaritas! It was the perfect afternoon. From there on out, Rob handled every aspect of the purchase. My favorite part, was that he had us do all of our signing electronically. We are so busy with work, that it made it so simple for us to do all of our approvals on the go via our phones. It definitely sped up the process. We went from first offer to close in less than 30 days. I can't thank Rob enough for all he has done for us. Now that we are moved in, Rob is helping us plan our house warming. Not only did we get a house, we got a wonderful friend in Rob.
