All real estate brokers should all strive to be like Bob. He has an expert knowledge of his market, and is very professional. He has proved to be very helpful negotiating when I was selling my property earlier this year. I would also like to add that Bob has very high integrity. Other estate professionals I worked with in the past always left me with a question - "is this person trying to help me or help him/her self?" That wasn't the case with Bob.
