I have been a resident, innkeeper, realtor and developer in Lost River, WV since 1978. Armed with a WV Contractor's License, a love of design and a strong desire to share the beauty of the Lost River Valley, I created The Guest House at Lost River and subsequently developed four of my own subdivisions. With my extensive knowledge of the history of the LRV properties, its homes and their structural integrity, sales and people, I bring enormous expertise and thus comfort to my clients in helping to aid in their decision making. As a founding member of the Hardy County CVB and past recipient of the Hardy County Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year Award, I was recognized for my professional achievements in real estate as well as, my contribution to the vitality and quality of life for the citizens of Hardy County.. I live in Lost River at "Mostly Hall" with my partner David.
