Wow, I was blown away with Robert Expertise in the business. He explains everything in great length, very patient, very responsive and Innovative. There were times I was on the edge of my chair as I did not have a full grasp of the situation, Robert calm, sensitive personality, brought clarity to every decision. He never was pushy, always review every option with me first, and, I always personally asked him what would he do, and he would then go into what he would do, and why he would do it, that way.
