Edited a month ago25 Oct 2021: I reached out to Robert roughly one year prior to closing on my house. Im in the military and was able to rely on Robert and his awesome team for advice and guidance regarding homeownership in NJ and PA. It was a very long wait for my orders but Robert was always there with a smile and confidence. His deep knowledge was very reassuring. I viewed 10-15 places in person and finally closed on one last week. Robert was able to help me seal the deal in a competitive buy, with multiple offers received. We also got a home warranty and some repairs done at the sellers expense. PS - he always responds fast, you can count on him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.** Update 18 Feb 2026: not only did Robert do an amazing job helping me buy my home in 2021, he also did an outstanding job helping me to sell the home in 2026. Robert is absolutely amazing. At the beginning, I was so stressed thinking that it would be months before our house sold since we listed it in October. Robert reassured me that while there might not be as many people looking to buy, the quality of buyers was better during the winter months, we signed the contract. We immediately started the process of getting the house ready to show when Robert contacted us saying one of his associates had a potential buyer.
