For almost 20 years now, I have been selling Haddon Twp and the tri-county area and I've adopted simple yet time-proven approaches that will make your home buying/selling experience as stress-free as possible. In regards to my Buyers, OF COURSE you are going to do your own house hunting on line, but I won't ignore you until you find the 'Winner'.  I'm absorbing all of your likes and dislikes as we go through the process (and they will change throughout your search, trust me!) and taking into account other factors--such as your monthly payment may be the same for a home $20K more because the typical taxes in the next town over are less expensive.  And you pay me NOTHING for my services when you buy a home! Every Seller wants a certain amount for their home.  However, there is only one way homes are sold quickly--by being priced correctly.  If it is priced at fair market value and all possible information about the home's attributes is put forth, you get the traffic through your home and you either get offers or feedback on what could be done to make it more enticing.  If it is OVERPRICED, you get virtually no traffic, you get frustrated, your house becomes stale on the market and by the time the price IS correctly adjusted, people wonder what's wrong with it since no one has bought it yet. My experience is knowing how to help you miss all of the potholes and get to your new destination as quickly and smoothly as possible.
