He is very knowledgeable about the processes for both selling and buying and helped me navigate the tough San Francisco market with ease. He was very patient as he answered all my questions and concerns, especially when I was selling a unit that needed some creative staging to make more attractive. Robert is very proactive and even has helped me after the closing; which is not surprising since he is looking to build relationships with clients instead of looking to make a deal. I have recommended him as a realtor in the past and would not hesitate to continue to do so in the future.

Robert definitely knew the real-estate climate in SF and was able to articulate everything I needed to know: the process, price as it relates to square footage, neighborhoods, and more! We spent quite a few days checking out various condos - as I hadn't exactly been specific on what I was looking for. Robert is very patient though and continued to work with me to help me narrow down my options. In the end, we found the perfect place for me and, over a year later, I still feel like I got a great deal. I'll be using Robert's services more in the future: whether to look for a rental property or to sell my condo when the time is right.
