World class experience!! My brother and I decided to sell our house that we grew up in. We have never sold a property before so this process was all new to us. We did not know where to start. Rob and Yamel Maynard were recommended from a life long friend and they exceeded our expectations. They made this process so easy for us. We found Rob because he'd sold a few houses on our block, and my husband, who was always curious, would check out his open houses and gotto talking with Rob. When we all of a sudden found ourselves needing to relocate, and within a specific timeline, we thought immediately of Rob, who clearly new our market well. Rob is a consummate salesman, who knows how to market your house in the best possIble way. Before we knew it, we had flyers, brochures, and even our own website for our house. The professional photos he had taken were so great, and even included drone photos. After we sold the house, he even had a photo album made for us. He got us top dollar for our house, and negotiated very well on our behalf. He was in constant communication, and was always doing something to push things forward. He is an absolute go-getter. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone who either needs to buy or sell a house!!

Since we had such an amazing experience with Yamel the first time around, when we wanted to rent/sell our house we knew who to call!! Ghostbusters.. jk. Yamel!!!!
