How very fortunate I was to have Robert Rose for my realtor! He patiently waited for me to make ready my home. He is professional, intelligent, proactive and was always available to respond to questions and concerns. His team advised me about interior design and professionally photographed my home. Their advice was spot on. I had two offers on my home for full price only days after being listed. He will br there for you from beginning to final closing.

Rob is awesome. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. He is always there when you need him. My husband and I are active duty Navy and transferring to Texas from Jacksonville, FL; he helped us find a great realtor to work with in Texas and also advised on renting or selling out current home in Jacksonville. We found Robert to be the consummate professional. He listened to us, priced the house appropriately, found a stager who for a very modest fee staged our home and posted beautiful pictures on social media. While other homes in our development were on the market for many months, ours sold quickly.

Robert was a great help in finding my home. He listened to what I was looking for and offered plenty of listings to look at. He was very flexible in showing times, almost as if he dropped everything he was doing just to show me a property. He helped tremendously with my unique situation during closing (mixed up paperwork with the county by previous owners, identification plates removed during renovation, etc....A real headache.) and made sure everything moved forward for a timely closing. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyine looking for a new home.

Robert did a superb job getting our house sold in Jacksonville. His recommendations on pricing and preparing the house for sale were well researched and thoughtful. Our house was under a final contract in less than 2 weeks and his support throughout the sale process was great. We were out of town during much of the sale period and he personally was at the house for inspections and repairs. He kept the process on track even when the buyers moved up closing by a week and when there was an unexpected glitch in the buyers VA loan processing which was solved and closing went smoothly. He is a true professional with unmatched integrity.

We met Rob while looking for a rental. We had been looking for a home on our own for over a year with no luck. I could not believe Rob had so much patience with us when looking for a rental. We would go from one home to another and he would not skip a beat. Most realtors I have known do not want to waste their time on rentals as the pay-out is not very big for all the time spent. This did not detour Rob as he had no idea that we were looking to buy a home. As time went on (thru no fault of his) we just couldn't find the perfect rental. We then told Rob we had given up on buying a home as the ones we viewed could not fit a pool table. Then one night-Rob e-mailed us to go look at an open house the next day. We didn't really like the small backyard, but went anyways. Well, by the time we got to the bonus room w/the pool table and the 25' Lanai across the back-we were sold and made an offer that day. We believe Rob was just as excited as we were. We absolutely recommend Rob as a top Realtor that not only has the experience, but the drive to find exactly what your looking for. He has the patience and determination to get the job done. We actually think it is just as important for him to find the perfect home as it is to make you happy! Great guy! We would go with him again in a heartbeat. Oh, by the way . . . he did end up finding a rental for my daughter too. Wow!

Robert was excellent. He was extremely patient and kind. He had a good sense of humor which we really needed at some points during the home buying process. He showed us a variety of properties, spending quite a lot of time explaining options. Once we decided on a property, he was able to execute the deal and help us with all those little pieces that are necessary when you are purchasing a new home in a new state.
