I began in real estate 25 years ago in Cincinnati, Ohio with land development, new home construction, and rental and investment properties. In the early 80’s when the interest rates skyrocketed to 19%, I redirected my focus to commercial and residential rehab. This area is what led me to obtain a Real Estate license. I found my niche in making deals and getting the most for my clients. For me, every deal is a new adventure, a new challenge, a new thrill of the hunt.
