Communication was slow and often unresponsive, and overall the experience did not reflect the standards expected of a “luxury” condo unit. Upon move-in, several issues were present, including a broken washer and dryer, a malfunctioning garbage disposal, a loose toilet seat, multiple burnt-out light bulbs, and one shower with inconsistent hot water that made it uncomfortable to use. Attempts to resolve these issues were not handled in a timely or satisfactory manner. Overall, the management style felt unorganized and difficult to work with, and we ultimately chose not to work with him.
