I had the good fortune to work with Robin on two of my San Francisco real estate transactions. Robin knows what she is doing and does an excellent job of explaining the process in terms that my husband and I understood. For our two sold properties, Robin did everything. We sold from another state and I was worried that I would have a hard time coordinating work that needed to be done, but that wasn't the case at all. She worked with the bank to coordinate the loan. Robin has given us several referrals of a tile setter, a handyman, a painter and helped us improve a few areas of the house esthetically to our taste.
