Dear Home Buyer/ Seller: I am writing this letter of recommendation for Robin Kay Cooke and her team. I had a great experience in in her assisting me in selling my home in Ypsilanti. Since I had not lived in the home for some period of time, it needed a lot of work to get it to a good selling price. On the first walkthrough Robin gave me an estimate of what it would be to invest in the house to make it appealing and marketable. She was very accurate in doing so, and the selling price pleasantly exceeded what we initially thought it would sell for. The whole system she uses with the internet and dotloop I found very advantageous because of my busy schedule. Her team, Krystle and Karlin are a great support and always kept in touch with me.
