Trust is key with any business transaction. The fact that I have known Rodney for over ten years and seen him grow into a professional Real Estate Agent, was to my benefit. Communication is also key with any business transaction. Rodney asked for my expectations before listing, so he could meet them. Not only did he meet them, but exceeded them. We listed the day after labor day and within two weeks we had an offer. The offer was more than I expected. We closed on November 8th. Now of course their were hiccups, there always are. The buyer changed lenders and pushed the closing date back twice(would've closed in October). During these hiccups, Rodney and his team were updating me every step of the way. This is my first home sale and I couldn't be happier.
