Rodney Krenz

Whatever you do, I highly suggest you do NOT hire Rodney Krenz who now works as a realtor for West USA Realty. In my opinion, he is truly the most shadiest, unethical, low life person I have EVER met in my entire life... I am his ex wife and besides the fact he mentally and physically abused me and my children, I have also filed fraud charges against him in the bankruptcy court showing that he purchased a home in his sister's name while under an active Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Rodney Krenz then decided to add a $100,000.00 loan that he begged me to give him back in 2007 (when we were married) into his Chapter 13 bankruptcy exactly TWO WEEKS after our divorce was final just so he wouldn't have to pay it back and I would be left stuck paying it back for him. He is now completely debt free, owns the business that I lent him money to purchase, got to keep his five rental homes, as well as the home he put in his sister's name and to top it off, he is now completely debt-free... IN MY OPINION, he 100% completely played the system and screwed over all of his creditors due to loopholes in our joke of a judicial system and he now as a result, enjoys going on week long vacations up to 4 to 6 times a year while I am stuck paying the exorbitant loan back for him even though I never received a dime of the money. I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend anyone considering hiring him for ANYTHING, (especially buying a home) to PLEASE reconsider. In my opinion he is the most unethical, immoral, person I've ever met! Good people don't do those kinds of things to other people! He even refused to let me buy him out of his share of our marital property even though he already owned a brand new home and had been living in it for 4 years. I truly can't believe he can even look at himself in the mirror everyday. Bottom line, if you are looking for a home, you need to RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this guy and find a different realtor with character, ethics, morals and integrity! Just Google his name, you'll see what I mean....
