As of today, I have only worked with Roland Sr, as I used his services to list and sell a piece of investment property. From the moment I met Roland Sr in person I knew I was dealing with a true professional. Besides the usual CMA on the property, he also pointed out a few items that we could do to improve, not so much to generate more money, but to make the property more appealing. The property appeared on MLS on a Friday, and my Monday morning I had 4 offers. While I this was far from my first Real Estate transaction, I was very impressed that either Roland or a member of his staff kept in contact whether by phone or email to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. The name " The right choice group" can be change to the best choice, the only choice etc. This was an amazing team of people. Selling my home was a daunting task, however, from the beginning my feelings were put at ease and continued throughout the process. The right choice group simplified the process for me as much as it was possible. the best way I can describe the experience is that they made me feel as if they were selling a million dollar home and they were getting 3 percent from that. I say that because my home was far from that, profit was limited for me, so I know it was going to be limited for the group. Nevertheless, the team was able to get me the best price with the best process. Again, what I am most thankful for is for how they made me feel during the process.
