In 1999 I formed Scottsdale Exclusive Properties as a small, full service real estate company. My goal is to provide highly responsive and effective services to its clients who are buying and selling homes. In an industry where total sales volume has become the primary metric of success, I measure my success based on referrals, a more meaningful measure of customer satisfaction for a service oriented company. I believe that real estate in not sold but rather acquired by qualified Buyers whose desires and requirements have been met. My listing clients will experience a marketing program based on this concept as well. I negotiate the contract, open escrow, attend all inspection, put together comps for appraisals, and go the closing. I am proud to be a full service Realtor. As my client, I don't put you on a list, I put you on top of the list.
