My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. We had a lot of questions and were nervous about the whole process. Ron was wonderful. He walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. He made our home buying experience a great one!

With the dedicated help of Ron Rougeaux, my husband and I were able to find our first new home. Ron took time to help us find the needs vs wants in a home. He sent us houses that met our 'needs' daily- ones that had just popped up on the market that day. He was extremely flexible as we work odd hours. When we had some trouble with the loan process he even me with our mortgage broker to help things along. Nicest guy. Knows the area well as he grew up in Thurston County. Very knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Ron is a top notch real estate agent! He is very knowledgeable about the area. He grew up in the olympia area and uses that knowledge to give advice on places when looking at houses. He is friendly and professional. I would and have referred friends and family to him.

I found Ron on yelp when I was looking into selling my waterfront property/home. I didn't know they made realtors this nice and honest! From the beginning, Ron put us at ease with his knowledge of the local real estate market, his networking base, and his ease and swiftness of carrying out the photos (yes! If you were wondering if he uses a cool drone, yes!) and all that jazz for listing our home. If I recall correctly, he had it up within 2 weeks. We didn't have to do ANYTHING! NO STAGING! NO REPAIRS! HE HAD BUYERS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF LISTING DATE and HANDLED ALL THE BIDDING NEGOTIATIONS that led to us selling for A LOT MORE THAN WE EXPECTED.
