Rose Cramer

I have been selling real estate since 2003. I have been working in the Real Estate field since 1993. Currently am a Top Producer for Lake Norman Realty. I moved to North Carolina in 1999. I love living near Lake Norman. We have so much to offer living here. Two hours from the mountains and about 4 hours to the beach. I love helping buyers find that right home. My background is finance and I am a great negotiator. I always look at the big picture. Even tho sometimes my clients get emotional over a deal, I try to keep everyone level headed and make no mistakes. Buying a home is a big decision and I bring many years of experience to the table when it is time to buy that right home. In selling I price to sell. I don't want to have to bring down the price of the home and stay on the market so buyers think there is something wrong with the home. My hobbies are boating, gardening and reading. You will find me a hard worker and I work for a win-win solution to your real estate needs.
