I want to take this opportunity to praise Rose on her commitment to close two properties in Santa Fe for my family. I learned that my brother's properties had been vacant for 12 years. No utilities on and the homes had roof leaks. When I asked Rose if she was willing to coordinate workman at the property in order that we could sell the home, she immediately gave me her sincere commitment that she would work with me and see the property through closing. This was no small feat. We had to get all new utilities turned on. This resulted with Rose meeting with the City of SF, workman and proposed buyers. Rose and I had multiple communication every week for 3 months. Rose always had a positive tone and was very creditable with her follow-up. Could not be more pleased with her. Even on the day of closing, she kept a "stiff upper lip" when we found out that all the copper plumbing in crawlspace was stolen from the home. She then worked with the buyers to give them assurance that I would pay for the repairs. The buyers agreed to have the property closed! This was very important because of the financial needs of my brother. It was a very stressful day for both of us. Since I cannot be in Santa Fe for closing, please give Rose "a pat on the back" for a job well done.
- John BooneRose Lopez-Brown was a complete pleasure to have as our realtor while selling our property. She was prompt, professional and competent. Without fail, Rose responded to any questions I had almost immediately. After having worked with other realtors for two prior purchases and a sale, her prompt communication was a dream come true. Rose was very competent and I trust her abilities to make sound decisions. Throughout the selling process, she hit the bullseye whether it was pricing the property, negotiating with the buyer, or submitting paperwork. Whenever a potential problem or glitch popped up, Rose was always right on top of the issue with a solution. It was amazing! For instance, when the buyer wanted a new roof, Rose had a contractor at our property with a very reasonable bid within hours. Rose also helped our property sell by hiring an excellent photographer and by hosting open houses. Whenever her husband Pat helped out, he, too, was a pleasure to work with. She has helpful connections and seems to be in good standing with the Santa Fe community. Had anyone else represented our property, I don't think we would have had such a successful and stress free sale. Rose did the seemingly impossible and listed and then sold our house within four weeks. Truly, our friends, family and ourselves are impressed by the caliber of work that Rose accomplished. We are so grateful and very highly recommend her.
- Andrea in Santa Fe, NMDear Keller Williams,We drove into Santa Fe nearly two years ago now, having no idea where we were going, and ended up at a McDonalds on St. Michaels. While there trying to get our bearings I leafed through the Santa Fe Real Estate Guide. A pretty face with the name of Rose Lopez-Brown jumped out at me, so I called her number. It turned out to be one of the best intuitive decisions Ive ever made. We bought then and just recently sold our house on Jaguar with Rose.I know Rose on two levels. One, she is the consummate professional. She works harder for her clients--buyers and sellers--than any realtor Ive ever known. Id be amazed if there is a property on the market or a selling technique she doesnt know about and hasnt either shown or used. And she tiptoes through the personalities and conflicts of real estate like a seasoned ballerina. We simply would not use another realtor in Santa Fe.She and her husband Pat have also become good friends. We always look forward to seeing them each time we return to Santa Fe and hope to have them visit us in Texas this year.I do think we are ready to retire to drinking Margaritas and eating guacamole at Gabriels with Rose and Pat from now on. Rose and Pat have the temperament and patience for this real estate business, and they are astonishingly good at it, but we are ready to stop buying and selling houses--even with them. Please give them our love. Yours,Jo & Paul
- Jo & Paul - San Marcos, TXTwo years ago I began researching my dream of moving to Santa Fe. I chose Rose Lopez-Brown as my realtor and that was my lucky day. While my house languished on the market in California she never lost faith in me and continued patiently helping me narrow my search for a suitable house and neighborhood. Each time I arrived for a few days she freed up time in her schedule while we looked at house after house. When I finally shook loose from California and rented in town I had already learned so much about the city that I was able to decide quickly when I needed to. Rose worked hard on my list of must- haves and finally the perfect fit turned up. Her swift action and winning personality assured that my offer was the one the seller chose. Im settled in now--again with suggestions from Rose about who to hire and where to find things-- and I expect to thrive for many years in my adopted city. What makes Rose outstanding as a realtor? She remains focused on the buyers needs and matches these to a thorough knowledge of the market. She approaches each day with energy, enthusiasm, candor, and humor. Unfailingly professional, she is quick to respond to protect her clients interests in dynamic negotiations.I recommend her highly, would ask her to help me again in the future, and am proud to count her as a friend.
