We decided to look at a house that Rosy was the realtor for and decided to use her as the realtor to sell our home. She was invaluable to helping us to place our home on the market quickly, and greatly helped with the staging and presentation of the home. We had an offer the first day, and then a couple more within that week. Rosy is highly responsive and has significant skills in managing all aspects of buying and selling a home. Rosy Lakhani! What can I say about this lady? She is SIMPLY SUPERB.Was trying to buy a beautiful home that me & my wife fell in Love with. There were too many ifs & buts in the process due to various constraints in my situation. My lender gave up, the seller gave up but NOT Rosy. She put her skin the game - took full ownership of selling my current home in record-breaking 5-7 days and made it happen. She is a Machine who never stops working (even with 15 stiches from her dental surgery and I had to force her to take rest)I started the process on 21st December, 2020 and wanted the closing before my wife's birthday which is 16th Jan. Everybody laughed but not Rosy; she worked so HARD and made it happen. Unbelievable!It was such a great pleasure that I got connect to Rosy; she is more than family for us now. I was looking for a new house and once I move into new house wanted to sell my existing house.. This review is for my experience of home buying.. One of my good friend referred me to Rosy Lakhani or lets call her Angel Agent ??. From the Moment we met Rosy, she made an immediate and profound impact on all of us. Rosys thorough and compassionate approach to understand our needs and what we really want is really commendable. She patently listened to what we really wanted in our future home. Even though, It was very late in the evening (almost 8 PM), she mentioned there is one home that exactly suit our needs. She immediately showed the home on the same evening.. My Daughter fell in love with the house the moment we stepped into the house. I wanted to check additional houses.. She showed almost 20 Homes very patiently (Some of the houses, I identified were quite far from where we live.. Yet she planned all the showings). Her enthusiasm and hawk eye to details baffled me.. She always showed all the houses as if it was my first house to see and covered all aspects that I need to know about the house. Rosy did her all her ground work before she presented any potential house showing. This helped us to prepare well and understand the proposal better. We ended up going back to the first house( This shows that Rosy understands clients needs perfectly. I would say this is a gift she got it). Even with this house, we had to go back and forth with Seller multiple times on the price negotiations. Rosy patiently worked me and the sellers agent to iron out all details of the sale. She kept me up to speed on all aspects of the negotiations. she also helped with some of the Contractors and Introduced with home finance guy (ended up going with them as they provided competitive rates). All this process of home buying was complete with in 4 Weeks.. Thats an incredible speed and we felt its totally unbelievable.. All this was possible because of Rosys continuous perseverance, attention to minute details making sure all pieces falling in place at the right time and of course the magic and miracle touch from this Angel agent .. She is so good at her job. Well experienced and so friendly. Always on time in showing houses. I highly recommend her. I bought my house within 10 days. She also has good connections with some knowlegable lenders which is very helpful.
