Horrible person a scammer in my opinion. Lied to me. Once home was purchased many problems revealed themselves. This lady will tell you anything just to get the money. In the game of Real Estate honesty is usually the best route to go. Not one ounce of integrity. I think she thought I was a foreigner and that I would be easy pray. The entire floor in my room needs to be fixed which means I have to pull up all the carpeting . Ms Ruqia should be ashamed of herself. Karma will find her
