Ryan was a joy to work with on the sale and purchase of our homes. He provided us with an incredible stager and handyman so that our home looked beautiful before putting it on the market. He met with us on a regular basis to make sure we were comfortable with the sale process and deciding on the list price. He sold our home during the first agents’ house which was a day after listing it. On the purchase side he met with the us on a Sunday to show us all the available listings in our community and never, ever tried to do a hard sell. He was more like a friend along for the tour of homes to help us make the right decision. Ryan has stayed in touch with us long after the sale and purchase of our homes and become a good friend. We would recommend Ryan to anyone buying and/or selling a home. He goes well above what anyone would expect from their realtor.
