Why must Ryan be so good at his job?! He helped us with our dream home, and for that reason I never want to move again - Yet, I'll be sad if we don't get another chance to work with him again!

Ryan is a dedicated and professional Realtor. We just completed two simultaneous transactions with him representing us (a sale and a purchase) and he was helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. Our house sale had 2 offers within 12 days of listing. We closed on it 45 days later. Our purchase was a little trickier and he happily drove us around looking at several dozen homes ( in a very wide geographic area) before we settled on one to purchase. He is patient and friendly, listens to your concerns and works for you. He is accessible and returns calls/emails/texts promptly. I highly recommend him as either (or both) a selling and listing agent. He's equally competent at both and will work tirelessly for you to get it done and make your dreams come true.

I rarely take the time to write a review but the experience I had working with Ryan certainly deserves and by far ,some time to give credit when its due. i initially used Ryan services when my husband and i were looking to buy our first house 2 years ago. We had worked with numerous realtors previously but Ryan really went above and beyond our expectations. He listened to our concerns throughout the process and was aware of our budget when selecting houses. He took us out to look at houses almost every day, he was as determined as we were to find our home. We appreciated his professionalism, his honesty and his patience. When i finally found my dream home, it was 30k over my budget and with Ryan`s help we ended up buying our home for 290k instead of 319k. Two years later, we decided to sale the house and to relocate out of state and we decided to reach out to Ryan again to help us through the journey of selling our first house. Once again, Ryan served us with the same dedication, and our house was sold for 49k more than what we initially paid. He was quick on returning calls, able to manage the relationship between lawyers, inspectors, and all the parties involved in the transaction.
