Ryan was absolutely amazing in our home buying process! My fianc and I were first time home buyers and he was so helpful and so informative about everything. He was patient with us (we were so picky) and he was genuinely trying to get us into a good home for our budget! He was on top of everything before we even got the chance to question things about specific homes and whenever we texted/called he was very quick to respond. We closed on our home yesterday and everything was a breeze! We are so thankful he was recommended to us and now Im recommending him to everyone!

The first house we looked at fell thru and honestly we were fine with not taking the next step to own a home. Ryan was pleasantly persistent and sent us a small list of some of the things we were looking for. One of the houses he sent is now ours and closing on it went better than expected. Ryan did negotiate for us and did his research before making an offer. He also stayed in touch after closing to make sure some of the seller contingencies were taken care of. Ryan even researched the local utility companies to make it easier for me to switch the utilities because I work out of state and he did much of the legwork for me. I told Ryan we will be using him for the next real estate transaction we do. We had to send him a gift card after the closing just because he went the extra mile. I DO RECOMMEND RYAN PRICHARD
