I would highly recommend Ryan Rudnick as a real estate professional in the San Francisco, CA area. Ryan was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry and worked with me for a few months while I prepared my condo for the market. He was helpful and patient, not to mention very professional and responsive. Once the condo was on the market, Ryan was readily available to help with inspections coordination, staging and all of the other pieces that can be time consuming and frustrating. He prepared a wonderful listing and brochure, as well as holding numerous open houses and private showings and demonstrated the strongest commitment to getting the sale completed. I felt throughout the entire process that he had my best interests at heart and I would definitely use his services again if I were to buy or sell a property in the SF area.

Ryan has worked with me on the acquisition and sale of all of the renovation projects that my company has done in San Francisco. His analysis of the market has consistently been spot-on, and hes been very helpful through every step of the process from hunting for a property, to advice during renovation, and all the way through selling it when its finished.
