Ryan Smith has been born into the REO business, his partners started doing REO in 1989. Ryan has been checking properties long before he obtained his Real Estate License. After serving 4 years in the Navy Ryan left Re/Max in 2004 to open Smith Partners with Coya Smith and has since handled and sold over 5,000 REO properties in the past 12 years.
Ryan has vast knowledge of what it takes to service an REO from start to finish. He sits on multiple real estate groups in Chicago such as ETAC Real Estate Group, which works with local alderman within Chicago in efforts to promote home-ownership within inner city of Chicago, and works with the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
