If you are looking for an ethical agent, stop right now. My husband and I made an offer on vacant land owned by Mr. Stennes, which was accepted pending final septic approval. In the interim, Mr. Stennes was working with a builder as well. Before the paperwork was signed, he advised us the builder offered 5k more for the land, so if we still wanted it, the price had just gone up! He basically played both of us. Realtors business is based on referrals. If you make a habit of not performing your job with moral and ethical practices, we can't help but believe you will not succeed in business and life.
