Ryan Wells

Ryan hails from Ohio, but has been a Chicagoan since 2006. He joined @properties in 2012 and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer, owed in large part to his commitment to client service. Ryan's approach centers on finding individual success for each client, tailored to each's unique goals. Every client will have a different definition of "success," and Ryan has built his business on helping his clients identify their own paths, understanding the options available to them in the marketplace. The client feels advised, guided, and supported throughout the sometimes daunting process of buying and selling a home. He works with @properties and Stephen Hnatow, as part of Stephen+Ryan, because of the shared vision of what a real estate transaction should entail.
