We were so happy with our experience with Ryan. This was our first time buying a home and he demystified the process for us, was extremely responsive, very patient (we are picky!), and showed us house after house until we found one we liked. He helped us through a difficult negotiation that fell through, and the one that led to our purchase of a different home that we love. We've been in our house for almost a year and have contacted him a couple of times for advice on maintenance, and he's promptly responded with great info. I highly recommend him, and I wish I had more friends who were buying so I could send them his way! (He also has a great sense of humor!)
