Scott assisted us with our home search a few years back and simultaneously we were selling our old home using a discounted agent. We are new to the Atlanta area relocating from North Carolina so a helpful and knowledgeable realtor was critical us. We found Scott to be both - he was instrumental in introducing us to the area and helping navigate the areas we should / shouldn't focus on based on our interests. He also took a very active role in asking questions to identify specifically what our interests in a home were, so he could help hone in on homes that fit our desires. In the end, we found a really nice home in a great location with good schools and a reasonable commute. The closing process wasn't without it's challenges, and this is where Scott was truly exceptional. He played a key role in helping clear the hurdles to close. We would highly recommend Scott Lacy! We live in South Florida and decided to sell our rental house in Dacula, GA. Scott was our realtor, but so much more. He was the point person and helped us find a roofer, landscaper, paint, handyman, and floor guy.
