I hired Sally Sutherland to sell my house and she never showed my house for four months after signing. She had two open houses but she was more interested in selling her house than mine and planning her son's wedding which I feel she should never have taken the job of selling my house if she was too busy to sell it in the first place. Not only that but she put it in a magazine for million dollar homes to get her picture in the magazine when it never belonged there and wasted my time because the wrong people were looking at my house. She pretty much told me my house was back in 1997 and no one would buy it at the end when I was fed up. She knew I had to get it sold because of a divorce but she never put effort into selling it. I even went to Lake Norman Realty to complain but of course they backed her and in the midst of all this I was being pressured by my ex-husband's attorney saying I wasn't trying hard enough to sell the house. She even made me feel like my dog was in her way. When my dog died I felt like she was glad and she knew how upset I was. She is the most rude and inconsiderate agent I have ever worked with.
