About Sam Logan

Sam Logan, founder and leader of The Logan Real Estate Team, is a Nashville area native. He grew up in Brentwood, TN and is a graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy. After high school, Sam enrolled at The University of Mississippi where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. While attending Ole Miss, Sam met his wife Karen. They married in 1999 and now have 3 children. Sam returned to Nashville after graduation where he worked in medical device sales and the financial services before starting his real estate career in 2002. Using the negotiating and communication skills he learned in the corporate world, Sam has been able to establish himself as one of the top agents in the area. His abilities coupled with his high moral character have allowed him to provide his clients with the best real estate results and experience possible.

While at SilverPointe, Sam has established himself as one of the top agents in the company with sales volume in excess of $30 Million annually. He also serves as a minority owner and board member of SilverPointe Properties.

Outside of business Sam is very active in his home church and community. He has served as the Board Chairman for Barefoot Republic, on the Advisory Committee for Salama Ministries, as a Deacon at West End Community Church, on the Christ Presbyterian Academy Alumni Board, and a member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club. Sam and his family currently reside in Williamson County in the Westhaven Community.
