  • Sam showed me homes

Sam is a horrible human being who treats his tenants like garbage. He constantly ignores safety issues at the homes/apartments he rents. He's gone days before even showing up to look at a furnace in mid February and has even suggested that tenant should try fixing it on his/her own, that, "...it's as easy as lighting a barbecue ...". Once Sam feels he no longer wants to continue renting, he'll threaten, harass, and even file false police reports in the hopes of intimidating the person(s) off his property. Think twice before doing ANY business with crooked, animal killing bully.
