Sam truly was a great help in our moving from Herndon to Reston. First they were able to sell our house before we could get it ready for market. They then worked with us very hard to find a replacement for us. They made closing go smoothly and were able to give us confidence and understanding when things didn't go as we planned.

We signed Sam and Kathy on to sell our house in Herndon. They were able to sell our house before we finished getting it ready for market. They did this by understanding another customer's requirements that were met by our house for sale. The inventory for houses fitting our criteria was low and they worked hard to find a house for us. Once we found our house they stayed with us through several issues that were found as a closed.
