Sam went above and beyond after my listed home was vandalized. He took on the duties of a project manager not just a realtor. As an out of state seller he not only took the burden of coordinating all the repair he also saved the sale.

Sam was amazing to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable and was a fierce advocate for me, both when buying my new house and selling my old one. When the seller of my new house switched out a smart thermostat for an older one, he rightly predicted they would attempt this and had a photo ready to show the seller and was able to get me a brand new smart thermostat, this is just one example of Sam's attention to detail which made him so invaluable to my home buying and selling experience.

Not only did Sam sell my home on day one, he provided exceptional customer service from day of listing to day of closing. Sam exceeded all expectations during the selling process of my home. He is incredibly genuine and goes above and beyond for his clients. I could not have asked for better representation. He is very responsive and I was always informed immediately of any changes.
