I used her services on referral by the management agent in charge of managing my rental house. She gave me a selling price, according to her, based on the most recents sales on comparable houses. Since she was referred, I had no need to double check the price and signed the sale contract. A few days later I realized that the prices on the market and specifically in that community were higher. The selling price was 350.000. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths , 2 garages a patio, 2 levels, constructed on brick and built in 1999. She kept emphasizing that the house would sell fast. I told her that I was not a motivated seller and that I could wait 6 months for the right price. In addition she mistook the date of the first day of vacancy and a result when I called her a week later to follow nothing had been done to stage the house, install the house for sale sign and the preparation of the sale contract. Moreover near the closing process she said that a problem was detected in the electrical system wiring and I had to give the buyers a credit of $8000.00 approx. To fix it or I would have to do it myself with no time to verify it. She did not mention that I had the option to walk out of the deal if I did not accept any of these 2 proposals. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with her services and the terrible outcome. In God I Trust.
