The University of Texas brought Samantha to Austin almost 20 years ago. With a degree in Corporate Communication and experience as an independent real estate agent and office manager for a developer group, she established StoneHaven Realty. The idea of a local boutique firm with personalized, all encompassing services became a reality in 2006. Samantha and StoneHaven continue to offer residential and commercial sales, leasing and management. Her experience spans nearly all areas of real estate — luxury home sales, first-time home buyers, investors, relocations and foreclosures. Her love of Austin is evident in her community involvement, including Dell Children's Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Tarrytown Methodist Church.
