I used Samira for my first investment property in the Syracuse area and have kept her on board to help me with all the real estate needs. She does fantastic work as it comes to the following areas: (1) Property Research - does detailed dives into the properties I'm interested in, visits properties herself without me being present and communicates all her findings. This is tremendously helpful as I'm not located in the area. I have placed offers on properties just relying on her insights. (2) Local area knowledge- she grew up in Syracuse and knows the neighborhoods and respective comps very well. She will stir you in the right direction. (3) Availability - She makes herself available and most times answers her phone or returns within an hour. This is a great trait to have, where some realtors take a very long time. (4) Professionalism - She doesn't push a sale and wants to make sure that the client gets what they actually want. (5) Basic House Construction Knowledge - surprisingly very familiar with technical terms and evaluating status of mechanicals as well as issues in the homes. (6) Eager and willing to do the work where others will not. I think Samira is the best agent I have dealt with and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
