Sam is very informative on critiquing what needs to be done in your home before placing it on the market. He was great at helping us select the best home that suited our needs and working to get us the best fair market price. Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me to understand what projects needed to be done at the house I was selling to get me the most return for my money. He was helpful in helping us look for a new home and what to look for once inside these homes (ie. the finishes in the kitchen and living rooms and looking at all the appliances to understand about how old they are and when/if they would need to be replaced and when).
