f you're looking for someone to help sell your home, we absolutely recommend working with Sandra. We'd lived in our home for 13 years, and had done some upgrade projects to it over our time there. We weren't sure what price to ask for the house, so Sandra did extensive research and factored in the upgrades and market tendencies to come up with a price that we were very happy with. She had a marketing plan that she discussed with us and answered our numerous questions quickly and concisely. She brought in a professional photographer that made our place look great, and wrote a really well thought out listing. We had many people come and look at the house right off the bat, and we sold it at full asking price quickly. She then led us through escrow and helped us through all the confusing parts of the process, not to mention looking out for our needs and wishes in the negotiating elements with the buyers and their representative.
