This experience began when we saw how quickly Illuminate sold a house 2 doors down. I emailed andreceived a prompt response within minutes, followed by a phone call shortly after from Sara. I told her what my wife and I wanted and she scheduled an in person meeting for the very next day. I knew from thebeginning that we were going to select Sara based on her quick response, professionalism, willingness to help, and her attentiveness to our needs.Sara was great every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, offering up honest and professional advice. We could not be more pleased with the help she provided through the entire experience.In addition to the previous comments, Sara was always readily available and responded to our questions in a timely manner and if there was ever information she was unsure of she made sure to get us the answers weneeded with a high sense of urgency.

We had a lot of set backs and curveballs with this sale and purchase. I dont know how we would have gotten through it all without Sara. She was there whenever we needed her, was very knowledgeable and very accessible.We couldnt have asked for a better person to handle this transition. It felt good to have a friend in our corner.
