Sara Shipman

Born and raised in the Central Valley, Sara has been exposed to commercial and industrial business most of her life. Sara enjoys the challenges and rewards that selling commercial real estate provides. Along with selling commercial and industrial real estate, Sara enjoys selling residential homes as well as luxury home building sites. Sara is a detailed and focused realtor who goes the extra mile for her clients all the while, building long term lasting relationships with them. Sara believes in giving back to the community where she lives and sells real estate. She actively involved with the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, Relay for Life, Budget and finance committee for Central Valley Association of Realtors along with the Oakdale Realtor Council. Sara believes in continued learning to be the best she can be for her clients. She is currently a Relocation Specialist and holds the CDPE designation.
