More about Cindy Fraze
I have been working in real estate for more than 20 years, and have built my practice to be an expert in the neighborhoods including Modesto, Turlock, Oakdale, Riverbank and Manteca. I have lived in the Central Valley for my entire lifetime. I know this market in and out. The schools, the crime rates, current prices, trends in building – they all are part of my DNA.
I'm married and my children grew up here. We have spent time growing with the community and now I'm involved in local community organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Red Cross and the local university – Stanislaus State. When not spending time with my family or volunteering for a local organization, I can be found frequenting the latest hiking trails, watching/participating in sports and camping in the Sierra.
